Design & Pricing
- 2D Initial layout with pricing.
- 3D layout with renderings and pricing.
- Site visit and live design review.
- Final design, colors, pricing, and flythrough for approval.
- Contract signing.
Engineering
- Design delivers shop drawings and CAD model.
- Wire frame is analyzed for stability.
- Drawings are stamped by a licensed engineer in your state.
- Stamped drawings issued for construction permitting.
Fabrication
- Shop drawings are delivered to fabrication team.
- Support structure is manufactured.
- Climbing panels are manufactured.
- Paint and proprietary texture is applied to panels.
- T-nuts are installed on back of panels.
- Support structure and panels are packaged for shipping.
Mobilization and Installation
- Panels and support structure are loaded for transport.
- Shipment/s arrive, offloaded and staged for assembly.
- As-built facility measurements are double checked.
- Substructure is assembled.
- Panels are installed.
- Installation completed.
- Owner maintenance orientation.
Maverick Continued Services
- On your opening day, we provide onsite support. We'll be there to celebrate with you.
- Operational and marketing consulting as needed.
